Question About Coding? D:

Okay so I've been wondering the longest about this. I know there are people who know how to code and had experience with JavaScript. SOOO I have a book that teaches me how to do JavaScript and and and I'm stuck on lesson 1 sadly..... I think I was supposed to be using Notepad++ and not regular notepad... I realized that just now but yeah.... Lets get to the point so when you code

Ignore the dots pretend there is spaces.

public class HelloWorld (

......public static void main(String[] args) (
...........System.out.printin("HelloWorld") ;
.......}
}

Do you have to do the spaces yourself and how are you supposed to do the spaces (like with the spacebar or tab or whatnot.) or does it do it itself.... I posted it on this programming forums like beginning of this year and no one answered.... omg so i'm hoping someone will answer on here.

I think notepad does it when it is needed, or dreamweaver
But it is tab
